GENERAL :
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of graphic designs created by Say_51.Any order imply full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Otherwise, I will be entitled to refuse the work and will not be held responsible.
PAYMENTS :
Payment is due in advance and accepted only via PayPal.
Any fees associated with the platform or payment method are of the responsibility of the buyer.
Prices are subject to change at any time, without retroactive effect on orders that have already been paid for.
REVISIONS :
1 to 2 revisions are included after the first preview is sent for minor adjustments (colors, expression, small details).
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY :
Completion times are provided for informational purposes only (for example : emotes: 1 to 2 weeks depending on the number, chibis: 1 week).
USE :
The customer benefits from a personal use license:Authorized uses:
- Use on Twitch, Discord, YouTube, and social media.
- Use as emotes, avatars, or personal illustrations.Prohibited uses:
- Work must not be claimed to be anyone other than Say_51.
- Resale, redistribution, or modification of the works without my written consent.
- Use for derivative products (merchandising) without a specific commercial license (+ 100% price increase).
- Removal of my signature if present.
I reserve the right to use the creations for promotional and portfolio purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise before the order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS :
I retain all rights to the works produced.
REFUNDS :
No refunds are possible once work has begun.
In the event of cancellation before work begins, a partial or full refund may be considered.
If I am unable to complete the order, a full refund will be issued.
